U will teach children anything you know from your rich background, experience and university studies. Anything which will be useful and pragmatic for these children like basics of economy, English and other foreign languages, etc. and etc. Something that they will discover like wow, we never knew it (it could be almost anything): the only requirement is not to be boring!
You can also teach something active which does not suppose to be held within the classroom like sports (the only problem is equipment but bring your national games for common activities) or dance (especially something really extraordinary for them like hip-hop or break-dance), theater. Something what will broaden their mind and show them the diversity of cultures.
The sexual education is really bad. Parents feel uncomfortable to talk about sex with their children. Teachers prefer to keep silence as well. As a result you will meet a lot of 18-22 year-old single mothers Guys and girls do not really use condoms and dont know how to talk about it. You should be those one who will very openly talk with them about love, relationship, sex, health, contraceptives, family, psychology.
